Villa Grotta Azzurra

Villa Grotta Azzurra is a delightful island-style residence set along the road leading to the Blue Grotto in the peaceful and pristine Anacapri countryside. The villa has three independent entrances that all lead to a traditional island front door through a spectacular 3,500-square-meter garden thick with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.

The outdoor spaces are ample and scenic, all furnished with care and style so guests can unwind during the long, leisurely island days in the open air, taking advantage of the mild climate on the island of Capri and the breathtaking views from Villa Grotta Azzurra. In addition to the large terrace with wrought iron chairs and a table in glass and wrought iron, there is also a large outdoor kitchen with a nine-burner stove, two sinks, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stone pizza oven, and an American-style fridge with freezer.

The garden surrounding Villa Grotta Azzurra is also home to a lovely 10-meter x 8-meter blue pool, surrounded by a spacious sundeck and terrace furnished with outdoor sofas, loungers, sunbeds, and a restroom with a shower. This terrace offers dazzling views over the Bay of Naples and Island of Ischia, ideal for sipping a cool drink as the sun dips below the horizon.

Stepping through the front door, guests are greeted with a huge 300-square-meter living space with a piano, white tables, a large fireplace, and air conditioning. About ten steps lead up to the spacious indoor kitchen, with a six-burner stove, dishwasher, American-style fridge, oven, double sink, small fireplace, and wooden table and chairs. There are also three completely renovated half bathrooms, a housekeeper's bedroom and bath, and two bedrooms with bathrooms. An additional six bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all with bathrooms.

Each bedroom at Villa Grotta Azzurra has a unique décor but share services like air conditioning and direct access to the largest terrace on the property where guests can savor splendid views over the coastline of Capri.
