The dining room has direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a four-burner stovetop and ventilation hood, an oven, a sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, a 32-bottle capacity wine cellar'', a microwave, a toaster, a coffee pod machine''', plus all necessarily utensils for cooking tasty dishes independently.

The grounds of the Maiuri l'Olivella luxury villa in Capri include a half-acre park with olive trees, carob trees, holm oaks, and other typical Mediterranean flora. The outdoor space hosts a solarium area with sunbeds and umbrellas and a barbeque area. Animals are not allowed.

Maiuri l'Olivella villa in Capri has six double bedrooms to accommodate a total of 12 guests. Four of the rooms are located on the first floor and the other two are on the second. Three of the rooms have a view of the sea and the others look out onto the magnificent garden.
