Villa La Bajka

Villa La Bajka is located in the bay of Marina Piccola with an incredible view over the Faraglioni sea stacks and whole of Marina Piccola. In the evening, the villa overlooks the spectacular lights of the coastal beach clubs, hotels, and villas, as well as the yachts moored offshore.

The villa is just 4 minutes from Capri’s main Piazzetta square by taxi or a pleasant 15-minute walk. The taxi drops guests directly in front of the villa's beautiful white electric gate, and there are 60 steps to the main terrace.

The villa is furnished with white loungers and sofas, as well as beautiful ceramic tables where guests can enjoy breakfast under the bamboo awning while enjoying the morning light on the Faraglioni and bay of Marina Piccola. On the terrace, guests can use the Technogym treadmill for a workout with a view.

The property is made up of the main house with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room and an amazing private pool; there is also a small annex with a bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The house is done in a modern style with air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms, kichen, sitting room, and outside.
The main house has been completely renovated and includes elegant sofas and a dining set, a 60” TV, and an indoor and outdoor audio system. The intimate kitchen, finished in marble and 19th-century ceramic tiles, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large sink, five-ring cooker, large double-door refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice maker, and microwave. The kitchen has an independent entrance. The villa has a separate boiler room.
The main house’s two bedrooms include a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom including two showers finished in marble; this room opens directly onto the main outdoor terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be made up into two twin beds. There is a dedicated marble bathroom for this bedroom (not ensuite) that has a tub and shower.

The annex is located on a different level than the main house, and is accessible via 15 steps. There is a small bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The annex is perfect for a nanny or teenager.
